You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase. All transactions are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. Since NyinCabin does not operate a user center, all communications regarding your order will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. NyinCabin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The NyinCabin name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NyinCabin. You are prohibited from using any of these marks without our express permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from NyinCabin. If you are not completely happy with your T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, or Pants & Trousers, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
  • Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable unless they are defective.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed after we receive it.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of NyinCabin or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
